Scrolls a dui's page with the mouse wheel.

bool sendDuiMouseWheel(dui dui, int x, int y, int delta)

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
dui	dui	The dui.
x	int	Position on the page, in pixels from its top-left corner.
y	int	Position on the page, in pixels from its top-left corner.
delta	int	How far to scroll vertically. Positive goes up, negative goes down.

true if it was sent. false with an argument that is not a dui (logs a warning).
