Client
Sets a ped's skill at riding bikes and motorbikes.
bool setPedBikeControl(ped ped, float control)
Parameters

| ped | ped | The ped or player. |
| control | float | From 0 to 1. The default is 0. Values out of range are clamped when used. |
Returns
true if it was set, false if the ped does not exist in the game.
The skill changes how the rider leans and balances the bike. In the original SA this value came from a player stat; here every ped has its own.
